The castor bean is an important industrial and ornamental crop. In the industry, it used as a source of oil. Moreover, has large potential feed crop, because seeds contain high amount protein. A main problem with use presence toxins in plants. Today, detoxification carried out using various approaches, including biotechnological methods such CRISPR/Cas9 technology. successful application these requires availability efficient vitro protocol for callus induction shoot organogenesis. We present results condition optimization two varieties (Impala Bronzovaya Zanzibar Green). Eight different Murashige–Skoog (MS) culture media characterized by plant growth regulator (PGR) combinations, well explant types (hypocotyls, cotyledonous leaves, cotyledon petioles), were tested. highest frequency organogenesis average number per observed during cultivation petioles both on Murashige Skoog medium containing 1 or 2 mg/L zeatin combination 0.1 3-indoleacetic acid (IAA). An optimized may be applications to obtain toxin-free bean, Ricinus communis L. plants, new traits their combinations.
